🔧 System Components
Sump Motor (Pump)
Pumps water from sump to overhead tanks.
Float Switch in Sump
Protects pump from dry run.
Stops motor when sump water is low.
Multi Tank Water Level Controller (Single Panel)
Controls motor ON/OFF.
Selects which tank needs water.
Controls solenoid valves.
Top Tank Float Switches (5 Tanks)
One float in each overhead tank.
Detects FULL and EMPTY levels.
Solenoid Valves (5 Nos)
One valve per tank line.
Opens only the tank that needs water.
⚙️ Working Principle
âś… When Any Tank Is Low
That tank’s float sends signal to controller.
Controller:
Turns ON sump motor.
Opens corresponding solenoid valve.
Water flows only to that tank.
âś… When Tank Becomes Full
Float switch sends FULL signal.
Controller:
Closes that solenoid valve.
Checks next tank demand.
âś… When All Tanks Are Full
Controller switches OFF motor automatically.
âś… If Sump Water Is Low
Sump float stops motor.
Prevents dry running and motor damage.
